How Does Oil-Free High-Pressure Screw Air Compressor Work?

In the working process of high-pressure screw compressors, through two-stage compression, the CMG series can provide pure oil-free compressed air of 20 to 40 bar pressure. The air enters the first-level air end through the air filter element for compression. When the pressure reaches 5 to 7 bar, it enters the water vapor separation barrel for separation. Then the compressed air enters the second stage air end for secondary compression. 

At this time, the pressure in the high-pressure oil-free compressor will reach 20 to 40 bar. It is separated again through the second stage water vapor separation barrel, passes through the post-processing equipment, and reaches the user. The motor is directly connected to the air end for transmission, with a maximum speed of 3000rpm. The speed is automatically adjusted through a frequency converter (frequency range 40% to 100%) to ensure that the gas production of the high-pressure oil-free compressor matches the actual gas consumption to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption.
