Working Principle: Two Scrolls, Zero Oil

The compression process is realized through the mutual movement of the static scroll and the dynamic scroll. Air enters from the side of the air end, and the dynamic scroll seals the compression chamber. As the dynamic scroll orbits, the air pocket is gradually compressed toward the center. The compressed air is discharged from the center of the static scroll. This process repeats continuously, achieving a smooth, fluctuation-free output of compressed air.
